Tate Modern is the most visited modern art gallery in the world. Currently, it is exhibiting a selection of works by Edvard Munch. The artist is most well known for his painting the 'Scream', which is (at present) the most expensive ever sold. Works by the Norwegian symbolist, such as the 'Sick Child' and 'The House Is Burning' are on display.
The exhibition is proving very popular indeed. For visitors wishing to buy a ticket, a few tips might come in handy to avoid very large queues.
Book online up to four hours in advance, or telephone more than three days prior to visiting and the Tate Modern will post tickets to you.
