The Natural History Museum will be hosting evening events on the last Friday of every month. The next event is on 26th October and it is a talk entitled, 'Should We Go To Mars'.
It explores interesting questions such as the possible benefits of exploration there and crucially whether we should send a man to Mars and at what cost?
Looking further into the future, the lecture will elaborate on what a colony on Mars might be like.
The museum will also be displaying the Tissint Meteorite, which came down from Mars in a shower of rocks and landed in Morocco.
It promises to be highly interesting.
Tickets can be booked over the telephone: +44 (0)20 7942 5792 and the lecture is between 19.00 and 21.00 on 26.10.12.
